The Astros held a team meeting Saturday in Los Angeles with general manager Jeff Luhnow and team ownerJim Crane to, as manager A.J. Hinch put it, talk "about the obvious."Relief pitcher Roberto Osuna is eligible to come back from his 75-game MLB mandated suspension Sunday after he was arrested and charged with one count of a sault on a https://www.giantsedge.com/san-francisco-giants/hunter-pence-jersey woman in June in Canada.Houston acquired Osuna from the Blue Jays the Monday before MLB's non-waiver trade deadline and reportedly only spoke to 2017 American League MVP Jose Altuve about the po sibility of the acquisition.Justin Verlander spoke out about the trade and several other players had their own reservations about the deal and made those feelings known to the media.Osuna will arrive Sunday and, according to Hinch, he will likely be in uniform, so the Astros sat down and discu sed the pending arrival of the pitcher."Everything was fine," Hinch told reporters Saturday, via MLB.com. "I'm not going to get into Mel Ott Jersey the meeting today, we have a lot to talk about tomorrow, obviously that's the day that Osuna gets here, as a team we'll addre s it tomorrow, but we wanted to get Jeff and Jim in the room with our players and begin a series of meetings that we're going to need to absorb all of this."Here is AJ Hinch on today's team meeting pic.twitter.com/ymIxviWqBV Brian McTaggart (@brianmctaggart) August 4, 2018Osuna was scheduled to have a hearing on his a sault charge Wednesday, but that was postponed to September as the 23-year-old's lawyer is attempting to come to an agreement on a peace bond.According to the Houston Chronicle, "a peace bondis a promise to the court that the accused will keep the peace and stay on good behavior in exchange for having the charges dropped."Hinch fielded more questions Saturday and several brought up the po sibility of the disruption of the team's chemistry with Osuna's arrival."It's very difficult on a personal level, very difficult on a private Derek Holland Jersey level and on a baseball level, I mean, this is something that we fully understand, we are gathering information on a day-to-day basis," Hinch said. "Roberto's going to be here tomorrow, he's going to be on our team, a lot has to happen between now and tomorrow, a lots going to happen tomorrow and into the future and as a team, as a family, as a group, we'll navigate it together."
