台北2020年9月11日 /美通社/ -- Analog Devices, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADI)宣佈推出業界首款無線電池管理系統(wBMS)，使汽車製造商能夠更靈活地將電動汽車平台擴展至多種車型，實現量產。作為首款用於量產電動汽車的無線電池管理系統，無線BMS將在通用汽車搭載Ultium電池平台的量產車輛中首度亮相。
ADI推出汽車業界首款用於電動車之無線電池管理系統
ADI的wBMS不需使用傳統線束，節省了高達90%的線束和高達15%的電池組體積，除提高設計彈性和可製造性外，同時不影響電池使用壽命中的里程數和精度。
ADI的wBMS將電源、電池管理、射頻通訊和系統功能等所有積體電路、硬體和軟體整合在單一系統級產品內，透過採用ADI經驗證的業界領先BMS電池電芯測量技術支援ASIL-D安全性和模組層級安全性。藉由提高車輛使用壽命期間之精度，無線BMS系統可最大化單一電芯的能量利用率，進而實現優異的車輛續航里程，並支援安全且可持續的無鈷電池化學材料，如磷酸鐵鋰(LFP)。

附加的系統功能使電池能夠測量和報告其自身性能，提高早期故障檢測並優化電池組裝配。從電池組裝到倉儲和運輸，以至於安裝、維護和梯次利用，在整個電池壽命週期中均可實現遠端資料監測。
ADI和通用汽車近期宣佈合作，共同將無線BMS技術用於通用汽車的Ultium電池平台。ADI的無線BMS技術有助於將Ultium平台擴展到通用汽車的未來車型，包括不同品牌和車款細分市場（從卡車到性能車等）。
