Innovation is key to the success of Hong Kong companies, and Hong Kong's continued growth. However, new ideas and R&D do not by themselves guarantee a big return. Companies need to adopt innovative approaches to managing their intellectual property (IP) properly in order to be successful.
Further, they need to protect their intellectual capital so that they, nad not their competitors, can deliver full benefit from it. This is especially true in difficult economic times when resources are scarce. This seminar will discuss and highlight these two core issues and their particular relevance to companies operating in Hong Kong and Greater China.
